SECURE E-MAIL
The Credit Union has implemented a secure e-mail program
through the Zix Corporation. If an email from
the Credit Union contains sensitive information, we will encrypt the
e-mail. You will receive an e-mail from HAFCU that informs you that you
have a secure communication waiting for you from HAFCU. The e-mail will
include a link to pick up the message through the Zix
secure message center. The first time you receive a secure e-mail from
the Credit Union you will need to register on the secure web site;
however, the registration will not require personal, non-public
information. You will be asked to establish a username, password and
password security question. Once established, you will retrieve the email
through the secure site.
The credit union has also provided you with a secure site
for sending e-mail to the credit union. You have the ability to attach
documents as well.

The Credit Union will never send you an e-mail requesting personal
information, account verifications, or other non-public information. |
