Use this form to Add, Increase, Decrease or Cancel your Hannaford Brothers Co. to HAFCU payroll deductions.
Stop Payments-
Choose the appropriate form to stop items from clearing your
checking or savings account. The fee of $20.00 for this service
will be deducted from the account in which the item would have attempted
to clear.

Loan/Visa Application -
Use this form to apply for any one of our various loan products and for our VISA card. If you are signed up for ExperssNet (online banking), you can apply online!
Application for Membership -
Use this form if you would like to become a member of the credit union, if you would like to add/change a joint owner, change your name or if you would like a second account with the credit union. We require one valid form photo ID with this form. Please copy and mail or fax legible copies of your identification.
DirectPay Signup (not for Direct Deposit)-
DirectPay is an automatic scheduled electronic transfer of funds between HAFCU and another financial institution. You can send money to another institution or have money deposited into your account at HAFCU.
ExpressLine Assistance -
Print out this document and keep it handy when calling ExpressLine. This document will show you the most common menu options.
NOTE:
When doing any Financial Transaction, you must hit 1# to complete the transaction. You will be told whether or not your transaction
was accepted or rejected.
The leading zero's in front of your member number are not accepted or needed when using the system.

remember that you are not required to close your account just because
you are no longer employed by Hannaford or its affiliates. Once
