Terms and Conditions:

1. Hannaford Associates FCU is the lawful owner of the vehicles, the vehicles are free of all encumbrances and Hannaford Associates FCU has good right to transfer the vehicles.

2. All vehicles listed for sale are located in Scarborough, Maine unless otherwise noted.

3. The price is non-negotiable.

4. Prior owner information or condition is unknown or shall not be provided.

5. All sales are final.

6. Hannaford Associates FCU hereby expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose or purposes in respect of the vehicle. The vehicle shall be conveyed in "AS IS" condition, with all existing faults. Buyer will execute a bill of sale in which the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that from and after the date of delivery of the vehicle to it, it shall be responsible for operating and maintaining the vehicle and for obtaining and keeping in force such liability and property insurance policies as it deems appropriate. It is understood and agreed that Hannaford Associates FCU shall have no responsibility after delivery for the maintenance, operation or insurance of the vehicle.

7. Other than section 1, above, Hannaford Associates FCU makes no other warranties or representations with respect to the vehicle.

8. All vehicles are valued priced at NADA loan value or less.

9. Certified funds are required at closing for buyers who do not finance through Hannaford Associated Federal Credit Union.

10. All vehicles can be shown by a credit union associate during regular business hours with advance notice.
